By registering and participating in MichianaLife Singles, you verify that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to abide by the following rules:

1. Do not harass others or use any vulgar, racist, or otherwise offensive language, either in public posted material or in private e-mails sent to other MichianaLife Singles members. Do not include any anatomical, sexual references or sexually suggestive and connotative language in your profile.
   
2. Do not post any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs and/or e-mail addresses in your public profile.
   
3. MichianaLife Singles reserves the right to edit photo submissions. Nudity and personal information in photos are unacceptable.
   
4. Do not post advertisements or forward chain letters.
   
5. Do not use any service provided by MichianaLife Singles to libel, defame, or slander any person or use any service provided by MichianaLife Singles to infringe on the privacy rights of any person or organization.

MichianaLife Singles is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you may choose to disclose on this service. Please carefully select the type of information that you post on MichianaLife Singles or release to others.

Be aware that MichianaLife Singles:

1. will not verify any information posted to the service or guarantee the proper use of such information by any party.
   
2. will not resolve disputes between service subscribers.
   
3. will not ensure secure transmissions over the Internet.
   
4. reserves the right to prohibit offensive language from the public areas of the service.
   
5. may choose to monitor the public areas of the service in accordance with any legal requirement, in order to maintain the service, and to protect the rights of service users.

Things to keep in mind:

1. Do not type in all upper case. It looks like you are SHOUTING! Of course, a few all upper case words are fine if you are trying to emphasize something, but keep it to a minimum.
   
2. Use proper spelling! We do not run your profile through a spell checker. It makes you look bad if your profile contains missspelded words.
   
3. Keep your profile clean or "PG" rated. If your profile is toooooo sexy it will not get published!
   
4. We will ask you to choose a password for your profile at the end of this form. Choose something that you'll remember! After you submit your form, we'll assign you a unique Member ID number. Make sure you record your Member ID number and password in a safe place. It will be needed to edit or delete your listing.
   
5. MichianaLife Singles recommends that you obtain a FREE Netscape, Excite, or Yahoo! e-mail account. Setting up such an account will allow you to access your e-mail from anywhere and protect your privacy as well.

I agree, at the request of MichianaLife Singles, to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MichianaLife Singles, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, from the use of the service, including any violation of the rules contained in this agreement or any accusation that the information that you post infringes on the intellectual property rights (such as copyright, trade secret, trademark, or patent) of any third party or that such information disparages, libels or invades the privacy of any third party.

MichianaLife Singles provides the service on an "as-is" basis without warranty of any kind, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Certain jurisdictions limit the applicability of warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability so the above disclaimers of warranty and liability may not apply to you.
